The Braschgroup is comprised of Jbrasch Co, LLC and TurunUK, Ltd., Each is majority owned by John Brasch. The Braschgroup helps care providers with technology for age related risks.

TurunUK Ltd. Is a leading NHS and UK Care home supplier of fall and wanderer patient monitoring equipment.

Jbrasch Co (www.safepresence.com)  develops digital new technology with data analytics that address fall risk reduction.

John Brasch, our founder, began Senior Technologies, Inc. in 1985. The company became the largest supplier of falls and wanderer patient safety monitoring equipment worldwide. In 2002 Brasch sold the company to the Stanley Works and became the first CEO of Stanley Healthcare. We have a tradition of leading in technologies for safer elder living.

Brasch is past board member and was board president of the Great Plains Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association. He was Interim Executive Director of the Lincoln Family Service Association; board member of the Senior Center Foundation; a co-founder of the Nebraska Angels and multi-term president. He has served on the Board of Delegates of the American Health Care Association, and was president of the Healthcare Manufacturer’s Marketing Council.

  • Jack Heen, Attorney-at-Law – a general business practice specializing in contracts, licensing, mergers and acquisitions
  • Greg Hurlbut, M.D. – Retired family practitioner extensively involved with the evolving healthcare system for the elderly.
  • Jeffrey Lipkin – Retired private equity principal. invested in some thirty corporate turnarounds in a variety of industries; advises technology ventures. Prior to founding private equity funds, Jeff was a private practice corporate attorney; he served as general counsel of the U.S. Synthetic Fuels Corporation; and he helped represent the U.S. Treasury in the 1979-1980 Chrysler restructuring. He is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Law School.
